Download (PDF, 20kb) for your review a press release confirming that our integrated efforts to improve the affordability of health insurance are paying off in the small group market. As you may be well aware, this information was picked up by two Boston newspapers. Although the newspaper articles appear to suggest this is a new initiative, it is a confirmation that the small group rate increase moderation we began to realize in July of 2003 will continue into 2004, and that we have a positive outlook for 2005. We hope the full press release provides a more comprehensive view of our efforts.
