Welcome Katie Stokes, Heather Cloran, and Kate Reese!

Over the past year, Yozell Associates has been pleased to add three promising and accomplished new staff members to its already knowledgeable and dedicated Account Management Team. Kathleen Stokes joined us in September of 2008. Katie graduated from Merrimack College in May of 2006 with her BA in History and a minor in Sociology. Katie joins us from StateFund Insurance Agency, where she worked as a personal lines agent and customer service representative specializing in property and casualty insurance. Katie developed her customer service and account management skills and is now a dedicated member of the Yozell staff. Heather Cloran joined us in April of 2009. Heather received her BA in Political Science with a concentration in Comparative Politics from Boston University in January of 2006. She recently received her MS in Public Affairs from UMASS Boston. Heather joins us from Blue Cross Blue Shield where she worked as an account service representative. In her role at BCBS, Heather worked with over 1,000 accounts and assisted the account executives with brokers’ and clients’ questions, renewal and rate requests, and service inquiries. Kate Reese joined Yozell Associates in September of 2009. Kate graduated in 2007 from UMASS Boston with her BA in Political Science. Kate joins Yozell from Crosby Benefits Systems in Newton, MA. In her role as account manager at Crosby, Kate implemented employee benefits plans and worked one on one with clients strategically analyze benefit plans and offerings. Kate brings over six years of employee benefits experience to Yozell and has earned the title of Certified Group Benefits Associate (GBA) and is working towards her Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS).
