Marcia S. Wagner, Esq., Managing Director, The Wagner Law Group
Ms.Wagner is a specialist in pension and employee benefits law. A summa cum laude graduate of Cornell University and Harvard Law School, Ms. Wagner has practiced in Boston for approximately 19 years. She is a frequent lecturer and author in the ERISA/employee benefits area and has authored a Bureau of National Affairs Tax Management Portfolio entitled “Plan Disqualification and ERISA Litigation,” in addition to many other books and articles. She is the Managing Director, for The Wagner Law Group, specializing in ERISA / Employee Benefits Law and has been recognized as one of the Top 50 Women and Top 100 Massachusetts Lawyers by The Boston Magazine for 2005 and 2006. Kevin J. Counihan, Chief Marketing Officer of the Commonwealth Health Connector Authority
Mr. Counihan is responsible for sales and marketing activities. Kevin has been in the health insurance and employee benefits business for over 25 years. He was Senior Vice President for Sales, Marketing, & Member Services for Tufts Health Plan and previously was Vice President of Sales for CIGNA. Mr. Counihan's education: University of Michigan, the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University (MBA), and the Juilliard School of Music
